About the Role:

We are looking for a Social Media Associate to manage Fragomatrix’s day-to-day social media communication and coordinate closely with our external agency. You will ensure smooth communication, timely execution, quality control, and a consistent brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary contact between Fragomatrix and the external agency.

• Coordinate content calendars, creatives, captions, and campaigns.

• Review and monitor content to align with brand positioning.

• Gather internal inputs and manage approvals.

• Monitor pages for engagement, comments, and performance.

• Track industry trends, competitor communication, and basic reports.

• Facilitate internal content (interviews, behind-the-scenes, etc.).

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in social media or digital marketing.

• Good understanding of social media platforms and trends.
