We are seeking an energetic, customer-oriented Retail Counter Salesperson to join our team. You will be the primary point of contact for walk-in customers, responsible for guiding shoppers, demonstrating product features, achieving daily sales targets.

​Key Responsibilities

​Customer Engagement & Sales:

​Welcome walk-in customers warmly and understand their needs and preferences.

​Introduce products, explain key features, demonstrate samples/testers, and answer customer queries.

​Actively upsell and cross-sell related products, current promotions, and special bundle offers.

​Meet or exceed individual and store daily/monthly sales targets.

​Merchandising & Stock Management:

​Keep the display counter, tester bottles/samples, and product racks clean, well-arranged, and visually appealing.

​Monitor stock levels at the counter, restock shelves from the inventory room, and report rapid-moving or low-stock items.

​Check price tags, labels, and promotional banners for accuracy.
