Job Title: Customer Care Executive (Hathway Broadband) — Day Shift

Location: Bengaluru (Domestic BPO)

Employment: Full time, Freshers welcome

Salary: ₹15,000–₹17,000 take-home/month

About Us: Established 13 years, we provide customer support for Hathway Broadband services in a friendly, fast-paced BPO environment.

Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound customer calls for Hathway Broadband queries and complaints.Provide troubleshooting guidance, service activation, billing support, and follow-ups.Log issues accurately in the CRM and coordinate with technical teams.Ensure timely resolution and maintain high customer satisfaction.Communicate primarily in Kannada with basic English as required.

Requirements:Minimum 10th pass. Freshers welcome.Fluent in Kannada; basic spoken and written English.Good phone etiquette, problem-solving skills, and team spirit.Comfortable working day shift and meeting targets.
