Customer Care Executive

Job Description:

- Make 100+ telecalling activities daily to existing and prospective customers and pitch suitable Gold Loan products.
- Generate Gold Loan leads by contacting inactive customers from the existing database and identifying potential customers through open-market activities.
- Follow up with leads, understand customer requirements, and ensure lead conversion.
- Coordinate with branch staff and managers for documentation, processing, and successful closure of customer requirements.
- Assist in customer service activities and resolve customer queries professionally.
- Support and supervise day-to-day customer service operations at the branch.
- Maintain customer records, follow-up details, and lead status accurately.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and customer retention.
- Gain hands-on experience in Gold Loan operations, customer handling, sales, lead generation.
