Role Objective:

Own the digital marketing and online customer acquisition for the brand, with a focus on building brand awareness, driving website and WhatsApp traffic, generating sales, and growing the brand across India and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategy across Instagram, Facebook, Google and WhatsApp.
- Plan and manage monthly content calendars, including Reels, product showcases, educational content and brand storytelling.
- Manage Meta and Google advertising campaigns and optimize for sales and ROAS.
- Identify and manage relevant influencers and creators, particularly in the saree/fashion and Telugu communities.
- Drive traffic to the website and WhatsApp and improve customer conversion.
- Develop campaigns around new collections, festivals, weddings and seasonal occasions.
- Analyze customer, campaign and website data to identify high-performing products and audiences.
- Coordinate with the catalog/content and e-commerce teams to ensure marketing campaigns have the right products and creative assets.




- Build retargeting and customer remarketing campaigns to increase repeat purchases.
- Track competitors and emerging trends in the saree/fashion e-commerce space.

Ideal Candidate:

- 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in fashion, apparel, D2C or e-commerce.
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Good understanding of Instagram/Reels and influencer marketing.
- Solid analytical and commercial mindset.
- Ability to understand fashion products and translate them into compelling digital content.
- Entrepreneurial, hands-on and comfortable working in a growing family business.
