Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and target-driven Public Relations Officer (PRO) to build and maintain robust relationships with doctors, clinics, and medical practitioners. You will be responsible for driving patient referrals, managing doctor tie-ups, and raising brand awareness for our healthcare facility.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit doctors, clinics, and healthcare centers daily to build strong professional networks.
- Present facility services, specialties, and doctor expertise to generate patient referrals.
- Organize doctor engagement activities, introductory meetings.
- Handle doctor feedback, resolve relationship queries, and maintain regular follow-ups.
- Track daily field visits, referral volumes, and weekly/monthly performance metrics.

Requirements & Skills

- Experience: 1–3 years in healthcare field sales, pharma marketing, or doctor relationship management.
- Education: Graduate in any stream (BBA or any other marketing Special Course)
- Key Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Must-Haves: Local area knowledge and a two-wheeler with a valid driver’s license.
