JOB DESCRIPTION

We are hiring Social Media Content Executives for our Rajkot office.

The selected candidates will work on product videos, social-media content, influencer-content repurposing and e-commerce listings.

You will convert product information, raw footage and influencer content into engaging short-form videos and helpful e-commerce content. You will also use approved AI tools for scripts, voiceovers, subtitles and creative variations.

Complete training and guidance will be provided for our workflows. However, candidates must have basic hands-on video-editing knowledge and a genuine willingness to learn, practise and execute.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Edit product videos, Instagram Reels, short-form advertisements and social-media content using supplied footage and creative briefs.

• Review influencer content and identify usable hooks, product demonstrations, testimonials and engaging visual moments.

• Create multiple video variations from influencer content and raw footage using different scripts, hooks, sequences, music, captions and voiceovers.

• Use approved AI tools for scriptwriting, voiceovers, subtitles, content ideas and creative variations.

• Create and update Shopify product listings, including product titles, descriptions, specifications, images, videos, tags and other required information.

• Coordinate with the content, influencer, e-commerce and marketing teams to collect inputs and complete assigned work on time.

• Follow current social-media formats and identify relevant trends that can be adapted for the company’s brands.

• Check video quality, spelling, pricing,



product information, aspect ratios and platform readiness before submitting or publishing content.

• Organise raw footage, project files, approved content and final exports properly.

• Learn from feedback, make revisions quickly and continuously improve content quality.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Basic hands-on knowledge of video editing.

• Familiarity with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Canva or similar editing tools.

• Basic computer skills and confidence working with files, folders, browsers and online tools.

• Good visual judgement and attention to detail.

• Interest in social-media content and short-form videos.

• Willingness to learn Shopify listings, AI tools, voiceover workflows and company processes.

• Ability to communicate comfortably in Hindi and English.

• Responsible, punctual and organised.

• Ability to complete assigned work within timelines.

• Must be able to work from the Rajkot office from Monday to Saturday, between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM.

GOOD TO HAVE – NOT MANDATORY

• Previous internship, project or job experience in video editing, content creation, social media, Shopify or e-commerce.

• Experience creating Reels, product videos, advertisements, UGC-style videos or influencer-content variations.

• Understanding of hooks, viewer retention, pacing, captions, aspect ratios and short-form content formats.

• Exposure to AI voiceover, image, video or script-generation tools.

• A portfolio, Instagram page, YouTube channel, college project or sample video edits demonstrating practical work.
