Key Responsibilities

- Sales Growth: Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets through upselling and promotions.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, schedule, and motivate sales associates and supervisors.
- Inventory Control: Manage stock levels, audit inventory, and execute loss prevention to minimize shrinkage.
- P&L; Responsibility: Monitor operational costs, track store margins, and manage cash reconciliation.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain premium store hygiene and striking product displays per brand guidelines.
- Customer Delight: Handle customer grievances professionally to ensure high repeat footfall.
- Reporting: Present weekly sales, footfall, and staff performance metrics to the Regional Manager.
