We are looking for an energetic and people-focused HR professional to join our growing retail organization.

The ideal candidate will take ownership of recruitment, employee engagement, performance management and day-to-day HR operations while helping us build a strong, professional and positive work culture.

- Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment for retail stores and office positions
- Source, interview and onboard suitable candidates
- Handle employee documentation, attendance, leave and HR records
- Develop structured onboarding and training processes
- Coordinate employee performance reviews and appraisals
- Create and implement HR policies and SOPs
- Improve employee engagement, motivation and retention
- Handle employee concerns and workplace issues professionally
- Coordinate payroll-related information and statutory compliance
- Maintain manpower planning for existing and upcoming locations
- Work closely with management and store managers to improve productivity and team culture
- Help create career growth and development plans for employees




- Previous HR experience, preferably in Retail, Hospitality, FMCG or Service Industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of recruitment and HR operations
- Comfortable working closely with frontline/store employees
- Organized, proactive and solution-oriented
- Knowledge of basic HR compliance and labour regulations
- Good working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets and HR software
