Position: Valuation Manager – Land & Building

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Valuation Manager – Land & Building to join our valuation team in Delhi. The candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end valuation assignments involving land, residential, commercial, industrial and other real estate assets.

- Key ResponsibilitiesConduct and manage Land & Building valuation assignments for banks, financial institutions, corporates, insolvency professionals and other clients.
- Carry out site inspections, property measurements, verification and documentation.
- Analyse market transactions, prevailing market rates, development potential and other relevant factors affecting property value.
- Prepare and review professional valuation reports in accordance with applicable valuation standards and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, lenders, legal representatives, field teams and other stakeholders for completion of assignments.
- Review property documents, approvals, title-related information, sanctioned plans and other relevant records provided for valuation.
- Ensure timely completion and submission of valuation reports with appropriate supporting documentation.
- Handle multiple assignments simultaneously while maintaining quality, accuracy and professional standards.
- Coordinate with internal team members and field valuers for execution of assignments across different locations.




- Maintain proper records of assignments, site visits, supporting documents and reports.
- Eligibility & Qualifications: Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a relevant field.
- Relevant professional qualification/certification in valuation will be preferred.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in Land & Building / Real Estate Valuation.
- Candidates with experience in bank valuation, IBBI/RV assignments, SARFAESI, insolvency-related valuations or corporate valuation assignments will be preferred.
- Solid knowledge of real estate markets, construction costs, property valuation methodologies and market analysis.
- Good report-writing, analytical and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
