Customer Care Executive – Collection Process

Language Requirement

- Kannada: 50 Vacancies

- Telugu: 40 Vacancies

- Candidates must have excellent verbal communication skills in Kannada or Telugu.

- Basic knowledge of English/Hindi will be an added advantage.

Salary

Language| Fresher| Experienced

Telugu| ₹15,000 – ₹16,000/month| ₹17,000 – ₹18,000/month

Kannada| ₹17,000 – ₹18,000/month| ₹18,000 – ₹20,000/month

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer calls related to the collection process.

- Communicate professionally with customers regarding pending payments and payment commitments.

- Follow up with customers through calls and maintain proper call records.

- Explain payment-related information clearly and resolve basic customer queries.

- Achieve assigned daily/monthly collection and calling targets.

- Maintain quality, productivity and compliance standards.

- Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate team.

- Follow company policies,



process guidelines and call-handling standards.

Eligibility

- 12th / Graduate candidates can apply.

- Freshers and experienced candidates are eligible.

- Strong command of Kannada or Telugu is mandatory.

- Valuable communication and convincing skills.

- Comfortable working in a target-oriented collection process.

- Candidates with prior BPO / Telecalling / Collection / Customer Care experience will have an advantage.

Shift & Working Days

- Shift: General Shift – 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

- Week Off: Rotational

- Process: Collection Process

- Batch: Pilot Batch
