Experience: 1 to 4 YearsRequirements: Personal Two-Wheeler with a valid Driving LicenseJob OverviewWe are looking for a skilled and experienced CCTV Technician to handle end-to-end installation, testing, configuration, and maintenance of CCTV and electronic security systems. You will lead on-site installation work, configure network setups, and ensure high quality and reliable security systems for commercial, industrial, and residential clients.Key ResponsibilitiesInstallation & Setup: Install, position, and mount CCTV cameras (IP, Analog, PTZ, HD-TVI) along with DVR/NVR units, power supplies, and monitors.Cabling & Trunking: Oversee and execute structured cabling (Cat5e/Cat6 LAN cables, Coaxial, Fiber) and ensure proper routing through conduit/casing.Network & IP Configuration: Configure NVR/DVR settings, IP addresses, router port forwarding, switch setup, and mobile viewing apps (e.g., Hik-Connect, Dahua DMSS) for remote access.System Integration: Install and configure related security systems such as biometric access control, time-attendance devices, video door phones (VDP), and intruder alarm systems.Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform regular maintenance visits, diagnose system faults,



replace damaged components/cables, and resolve connection issues promptly.Site Assessment & Supervision: Inspect job sites prior to installation to estimate material needs, assign tasks to helpers/assistants, and ensure work is completed according to client expectations.Client Demonstration: Demonstrate completed system functionality to customers and train them on operating the software and mobile apps.Required Skills & QualificationsEducation: ITI, Diploma, or Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Hardware, or related fields.Experience: Minimum 1 to 4 years of practical field experience in CCTV and security system installation.Technical Knowledge:In-depth understanding of IP/Analog CCTV systems and camera hardware (Hikvision, Dahua, CP Plus, etc.).Hands-on knowledge of computer networking basics (LAN/WAN, IP subnets, Routers, Switches, Port Forwarding).Expertise with hand tools, power drills, crimping tools, and testing meters.Key Traits: Strong troubleshooting abilities, customer-facing communication skills, and willingness to perform field visits daily.Perks & BenefitsCompetitive Salary (Commensurate with experience)Daily Travel / Fuel Allowance (TA)Performance Incentives / BonusesDay shift hours with career advancement opportunities
