Job Role:

We are looking for an IT Manager to manage and support our Retail ERP and Billing Software and provide technical support to stores and Head Office teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day ERP and POS/Billing software support.
- Handle and resolve tickets raised by stores and HO teams.
- Resolve issues related to Billing, Offers, Discounts, Pricing, Inventory, Returns and Payments.
- Coordinate with ERP/software vendors for technical issues and system changes.
- Monitor pending tickets and ensure timely resolution as per SLA.
- Identify recurring issues and coordinate for permanent solutions.
- Support new offers, schemes, pricing and other business requirements in the ERP.
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Finance and Store Managers for system-related issues.
- Support ERP/POS testing, updates and new feature implementation.
- Maintain daily/weekly reports on tickets, issues and resolutions.




- Provide support during new store openings and system rollouts.
- Ensure minimum disruption to store operations due to ERP or billing issues.

Required Skills:

- Experience in Retail ERP / POS / Billing Software.
- Valuable knowledge of Billing, Offers, Discounts, Pricing and Inventory.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in Ticket Management and SLA handling.
- Vendor coordination experience.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and MS Excel is preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

We need one IT Executive and one IT Manager who have experience in ERP IT Support in Retail Industry.
