We are looking for an experienced and hardworking Non-Veg Cook / Tawa Cook to join Tawa & Tadka.

The ideal candidate should be confident in preparing chicken starters, tawa items, kebabs, biryani and other non-veg snacks, while maintaining consistent taste, hygiene and presentation.

? Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook chicken starters and tawa items as per our recipes.
- Prepare items such as Chicken Fry, Chicken Tawa, Chicken Kebab, Chicken Liver Fry/Masala, Brain Masala, Cutlet, Biryani and other menu items.
- Operate induction/tawa cooking equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain consistent taste, portion size and presentation.
- Prepare marinades, gravies, masalas and basic kitchen preparations.
- Ensure food is prepared quickly during peak hours.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the cooking area.
- Properly store and handle raw chicken and other ingredients.
- Monitor stock of kitchen ingredients and inform management when supplies are low.
- Minimize food wastage and maintain proper portion control.




- Follow Tawa & Tadka’s recipes and standard operating procedures.
- Maintain food quality and hygiene standards at all times.

⭐ Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience as a non-veg cook/tawa cook preferred.
- Experience in a restaurant, QSR, café, hotel or food outlet is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of chicken preparation and Indian/Mughlai flavours.
- Good knowledge of tawa cooking and frying techniques.
- Ability to work independently in a small kitchen.
- Able to handle pressure during busy service hours.
- Valuable hygiene and cleanliness habits.
- Punctual, responsible and trustworthy.
- Ability to follow standardized recipes and instructions.

? Salary

₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and cooking skills.

Salary can be discussed based on trial performance.
