Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst to collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business decisions. The candidate will work with different teams to identify trends, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights.

- Key ResponsibilitiesCollect, clean, and analyze data from various sources.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards.
- Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
- Create and maintain reports using MS Excel and Power BI.
- Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of data and reports.
- Perform data validation and identify data discrepancies.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
- Support management with data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Automate recurring reports and improve reporting processes wherever possible.




- Maintain proper documentation of reports, datasets, and analysis.
- Required SkillsStrong knowledge of MS Excel – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, charts, and data analysis.
- Basic to good knowledge of SQL.
- Knowledge of Power BI/Tableau is preferred.
- Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work with large datasets and meet deadlines.
- Educational QualificationBachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Commerce, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Freshers with relevant skills and certifications can also apply.
- Preferred CandidatesCandidates with experience in MIS, Reporting, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or Business Intelligence will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
