Own the revenue outcome of every serious lead — convert qualified IndiaMART and HORECA enquiries into closed orders, and be the accountable, senior voice on the phone for hotels, restaurants, cafés, cloud kitchens and catering companies buying crockery, glassware, barware, cutlery and kitchen equipment.

• Lead ownership: Take charge of high-value IndiaMART leads and inbound enquiries escalated by the Junior Executive; respond within 30 minutes during business hours.

• Consultative selling: Understand the client's kitchen/bar set-up need, recommend the right product mix from the ProKitchen catalogue, and prepare accurate quotations.

• Negotiation & closing: Handle pricing discussions, bulk-order terms and payment schedules within approved margin bands; close the order.

• Account management: Coordinate dispatch, delivery timelines and after-sales follow-up with the warehouse/ops team; protect repeat business from existing HORECA clients.

• Mentoring: Train and coach the Junior Executive on call quality,



objection handling and product knowledge; review her daily call/lead sheet.

• Pipeline discipline: Maintain the CRM/lead tracker with clean, current stage-by-stage status; publish a weekly conversion and revenue report to the Founder.

• Upsell & cross-sell: Identify opportunities to expand order value (e.g. glassware client also needs barware) and flag current HORECA segments worth targeting.

SUCCESS METRICS (KPIS)

• Lead-to-order conversion rate on IndiaMART and HORECA outbound leads.

• Average order value and total monthly revenue closed.

• Response time to fresh leads (target: under 30 minutes).

• Client retention / repeat-order rate.
