Field Service Engineer Requirement – Pune

We are looking for a Field Service Engineer based in Pune. The candidate will be responsible for handling field service and customer visits across Pune, Nashik, Satara, Kolhapur, and other assigned outstation locations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Attend customer service calls and field visits across Pune and nearby/outstation locations.
- Handle installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and breakdown services for Nilkamal Industrial Printers.
- Work on Continuous Inkjet (CIJ) Printers, TTO (Thermal Transfer Overprinters), and Laser Printers.
- Diagnose technical issues and carry out necessary troubleshooting and repairs.
- Attend breakdown calls and ensure timely resolution of customer complaints.




- Conduct machine demonstrations and provide basic technical guidance to customers.
- Maintain proper service reports after every installation or service visit.
- Coordinate with the sales and technical team whenever required.
- Travel to outstation locations such as Nashik, Satara, Kolhapur, and other assigned areas as per business requirements.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Candidate should be willing to travel extensively for field and outstation service requirements.
