Job DescriptionWe are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our Real Estate Sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling clients, explaining property projects, conducting site visits, and converting leads into successful sales.

- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming leads and make outbound calls.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties.
- Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and offers.
- Follow up with potential customers regularly.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits.




- Build and maintain good client relationships.
- Negotiate and assist in closing property deals.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- RequirementsGood communication and convincing skills.
