Make outbound calls to potential customers.

Promote Personal Loans, Home Loans, Business Loans, and Loan Against Property products.

Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable loan products.

Generate and qualify leads through telecalling activities.

Follow up with interested customers and collect required documents.

Coordinate with banks and lending partners for loan processing.

Maintain accurate customer records in CRM/software.

Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.

Resolve customer queries and provide timely updates on application status.

Ensure compliance with regulatory and company guidelines.
