Sales Executive – UPVC Windows | Pune

We are looking for a RESULT-DRIVEN Sales Executive who wants to earn through performance!

We are expanding our UPVC Windows & Doors business in Pune and looking for a proactive, confident and target-oriented Sales Executive who can independently generate leads, meet customers and close sales.

What we are looking for:

- Experience in UPVC / Aluminium Windows, Doors, Building Materials or Real Estate Sales preferred

- Strong communication and convincing skills

- Confident enough to meet customers and close deals

- Proactive and capable of generating business

- Target-oriented and hungry to earn

- Candidate should be serious about sales and focused on results

- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred

- Knowledge of Pune and surrounding areas is an advantage

Salary & Incentives

Basic Salary: ₹10,000/month + Attractive Performance-Based Incentives

Important: This is primarily an incentive-driven opportunity. The fixed salary is intentionally modest,



but the right candidate can earn significantly more through successful sales.

If you are confident in your selling ability and believe you can generate results, your earning potential is much higher than the basic salary.

Salary will be reviewed and revised after the 6-month probation period based on performance.

Accommodation + Food can be provided for the right candidate, subject to discussion.
