- Key Responsibilities
- Handle complete merchandising process from order placement to shipment.
- Coordinate with buyers, design, sampling, production, fabric, trims, QA and logistics teams.
- Prepare and follow TNA (Time & Action) calendar.
- Manage buyer communication, order status and production follow-up.
- Coordinate sampling, approvals, fabric & trims.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare costing, order sheets, purchase orders and production follow-up reports.
- Handle buyer comments and ensure timely implementation of approvals.
- Coordinate with factory/production teams to resolve order-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, samples, approvals and shipment schedules.
- Ensure quality, delivery timelines and buyer requirements are met.
- Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Garment Merchandising & Export Documentation.
- Good understanding of Costing, TNA, Sampling and Production.
- Excellent buyer communication and follow-up skills.




- Good knowledge of fabrics, trims, garments and construction.
- Ability to independently handle multiple styles/orders.
- Strong coordination and team-management skills.
- Valuable MS Excel, MS Office and ERP knowledge.
- Good English communication—written and verbal.
- Problem-solving and initiative-taking approach.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Preferred CandidateExperience in Garment Export House / Buying House preferred.
- Experience with European/US buyers will be an advantage.
- Candidates who can independently manage buyer accounts and production follow-up will be preferred.
