LLPTrendcon Infra LLP is a premium residential real estate development company focused on delivering high-quality villa communities with up-to-date design, superior engineering, and customer-centric execution. We are currently developing projects Trendcon Aurelius at Varthur , Bengaluru.

Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced and proactive Site Engineer who will be responsible for day-to-day site execution, quality monitoring, material management, and coordination with contractors, vendors, and the project team to ensure timely and standards-based completion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute site work as per approved drawings and technical specifications.
- Supervise contractors, technicians, labor and ensure adherence to quality and safety protocols.
- Monitor progress, prepare daily work reports and update project management team.




- Verify measurements, material usage, and maintain material stock logs.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, vendors, and procurement team.
- Implement quality checks, troubleshoot site issues and ensure defect-free execution.
- Assist in BOQ verification, billing support, and documentation.
- Required Skills & Qualifications : Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 4+ years of experience in residential or villa / luxury housing projects preferred.
- Strong knowledge of RCC, finishing, plumbing, electrical coordination, and waterproofing methodologies.
- Ability to read drawings, manage subcontractors, and handle site challenges independently.
- Good communication, documentation, and reporting skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD (preferred).
