Machine: CNC Turning – FANUC Control

Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced CNC Programmer with a minimum of 3 years of experience in CNC programming and machining, preferably with hands-on experience on FANUC-controlled CNC turning machines.

- Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and modify CNC programs for FANUC CNC machines.
- Develop new stainless steel components from drawings and customer requirements.
- Select appropriate cutting tools, machining parameters, and tooling methods.
- Optimize machining processes to improve productivity, quality, and cycle time.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T;, and machining specifications.
- Perform program prove-outs, tool setting, and necessary program corrections.
- Troubleshoot machining and programming-related issues.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams to ensure components meet dimensional and quality requirements.
- Develop efficient machining processes for new components.




- Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 3 years of relevant experience in CNC programming.
- Good working knowledge of FANUC CNC controls.
- Experience in CNC turning and development of stainless steel components.
- Good knowledge of cutting tools, tooling selection, speeds & feeds, and machining parameters.
- Ability to understand engineering drawings and dimensional requirements.
- Strong problem-solving and process-development skills.
- Preferred SkillsAdditional knowledge of Sliding Head CNC machines will be preferred.
- Experience in development of precision components will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of CNC setup, tooling, and process optimization.
