Job Summary The Client Servicing Specialist is responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships by ensuring timely support, smooth communication, and exceptional service delivery. This role acts as a bridge between clients and internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

- Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Understand client requirements and communicate them effectively to internal teams.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, and support teams to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Track and follow up on client requests, issues, and escalations.
- Prepare client reports, service updates, and performance summaries.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation.




- Proactively identify opportunities to improve client experience and service quality.
- Handle contract renewals and assist in upselling/cross-selling opportunities when required.
- Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in client servicing, customer support, or account management.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple clients.
