Experience: 5+ Years (with proven experience in sales leadership & marketing strategy)Job OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and develop integrated marketing strategies. In this role, you will be responsible for setting sales targets, expanding our customer pipeline, managing marketing campaigns, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve business growth, market expansion, and revenue targets.Team Management: Recruit, train, mentor, and oversee the performance of the sales and marketing teams; set KPIs and evaluate performance regularly.Sales & Revenue Growth: Identify recent business opportunities, build key client relationships, and oversee end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation to deal closure.Campaign & Brand Management: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, print, field events) to build brand awareness and generate qualified sales leads.Market & Competitor Analysis:
