Experience1–3 years of relevant HR experience

Candidates with hospital/healthcare HR experience will be preferred.

- QualificationMBA/PG Diploma in Human Resources preferred
- Graduate degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical hospital staff.
- Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates for various vacancies.
- Handle employee onboarding, induction, documentation, and joining formalities.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure timely and accurate employee data.
- Support PF, ESI and other applicable statutory compliance requirements.
- Handle employee queries, grievances, and day-to-day employee relations.
- Assist in performance management, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
- Coordinate staff training, induction programs, and HR activities.




- Ensure implementation of HR policies, procedures, and hospital guidelines.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and other management reports as required.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all HR matters.
- Required SkillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of recruitment and HR operations
- Understanding of payroll and statutory compliance
- Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel and HRMS
- Strong coordination and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced hospital workplace
