About the job ToothHQ Dental Specialists is seeking an experienced RCM Specialist for our 4 DFW locations. We need a professional to manage the full revenue cycle and ensure "clean claim" efficiency. Key Duties: Full RCM Cycle: Insurance verification, coding, and clean claim submission. Pre-Authorizations: Managing clinical pre-auths for surgery. A/R Management: Handling denials, appeals, and collections. REQUIREMENTS: Submit your resume and experience summary. You MUST include your CURRENT MONTHLY CTC in INR . Submissions without this disclosure will NOT be considered. Our practice operates on CareStack Cloud Dental PMS Software . Experience with CareStack will be given PRIORITY. Robust understanding of U.S. dental insurance billing and revenue cycle workflows is preferred. Dentists with hands-on RCM experience are encouraged to apply and will be given preference. Compensation: ₹30,000–₹40,000/month maximum, depending on experience, know-how, expertise, and communication. ₹40,000/month is the maximum compensation and should not be considered the standard or expected salary for every candidate.
