Job Title: ICT Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled ICT resource to support the technology needs of our school. The successful candidate will provide technical assistance, maintenance, and support for our ICT infrastructure, hardware, and software.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and networks
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Provide technical support to staff and students
- Manage and maintain the school's ICT infrastructure
- Implement and maintain network security measures
- Collaborate with staff to integrate technology into curriculum
- Develop and provide ICT training for staff and students
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Experience in ICT support and maintenance
- Strong technical skills in hardware, software, and networking




- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in an educational setting
- Familiarity with learning management systems and educational software
- Certification in ICT support or related field
