Hiring Zendesk Developer for a Reputed/MNC company located at Chandigarh

Requirements

We are looking for a Senior Zendesk Developer with strong hands-on expertise in ZendeskApps Framework (ZAF), up-to-date web development, and API integrations. This role focuses on building custom Zendesk applications, extending platform capabilities, and delivering scalable enterprise CX solutions.

Key Responsibilities:-

● Design and develop custom Zendesk applications using ZAF and ZAFClient.

● Build, package, validate, test, and deploy Zendesk apps using ZCLI.

● Develop applications across Zendesk locations such as Ticket Sidebar, Top Bar, Nav

Bar, and Modals.

● Build modern UI experiences using React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and

Zendesk Garden.

● Develop and customize Zendesk Guide / Help Center themes using

Curlybars/Handlebars, Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Zendesk placeholders.

● Design and implement REST API, webhook, and third-party integrations.

● Troubleshoot application, API, integration, and production issues.

● Follow engineering best practices for security, scalability, performance, testing, Git,

and CI/CD.

● Collaborate with architects, product teams, and engineering stakeholders to deliver enterprise CX solutions.





Required Skills

● Strong hands-on experience with Zendesk Apps Framework (ZAF) and ZAFClient.

● Experience with ZCLI and Zendesk app development lifecycle.

● Strong JavaScript/TypeScript and React skills.

● Good understanding of Node.js, npm, HTML5, and CSS3.

● Experience with Zendesk Guide, Curlybars/Handlebars, Liquid Markup, and templating.

● Strong experience with REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, webhooks, and integrations.

● Experience with Git and modern software development practices.

● Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have:-

● Experience with Salesforce / Microsoft Dynamics or ERP integrations.

● Exposure to AWS, Azure/GCP, DevOps, CI/CD, or infrastructure automation.

● Experience with AI/LLMs, Generative AI, or Agentic AI in customer-service applications.

● Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, microservices, or event-driven architectures.
