Requirements

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive (BDE) with strong expertise in Upwork bidding and client acquisition. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of generating leads, winning projects, and maintaining long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end bidding process on Upwork and other freelancing platforms

- Identify new business opportunities and generate quality leads

- Create and submit customized proposals based on client requirements

- Communicate with international clients and handle requirement gathering

- Negotiate pricing, timelines, and project scope with clients

- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure successful project delivery

- Maintain CRM and track leads, proposals, and conversions

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a BDE / Upwork Bidder

- Hands-on experience with Upwork (mandatory)

- Robust understanding of IT services and project estimation

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to work independently and meet business targets

- Experience in client handling and closing deals
