Roles and Responsibilities:

- Should be involved in creating, curating, reviewing, quality controlling, and validating developed content.
- With strong knowledge, understanding, and expertise in the specified subjects, SMEs should be the content quality checkpoints in the organization.
- Understanding how students learn should be top-notch, specifically in their respective subject areas.
- They should be experts in solving questions both from textbooks and other sources in a systematic manner for various levels of complexity.
- They should provide guidance to other SMEs to improve content accuracy, language, and overall quality of the books by way of videos, training modules, etc.

Key Requirements :

- 2- 4 years experience in content development
- Candidates who have cleared UPSC mains.




- Should have a robust passion for education, and be willing to learn new things.
- Self-driven, creative, and motivated with strong adherence to deadlines and learning.
- Proven time management and organizational skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Office (MS Word and MS Excel).
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Should be comfortable working from the office and full-time role.

Pay: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month.
