Job Description

We are looking for a Calling Executive with valuable English communication skills. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with customers over the phone, handling queries, providing information, and maintaining professional communication.

Job Responsibilities

- Make and receive customer calls.
- Communicate clearly and confidently in English.
- Handle customer queries over the phone.
- Provide accurate information to customers.
- Follow up with customers when required.
- Maintain call records and customer details.
- Meet daily calling targets.
- Maintain professional communication with customers.

Requirements

- Good English communication skills – Mandatory
- Good verbal and listening skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Confident and comfortable speaking over the phone.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in flexible shifts.
- Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience can apply.
