Team Leadership

Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Career Specialists to achieve enrollment and revenue targets.

Conduct regular performance reviews, team meetings, and training sessions.

Handle escalations from parents/students and support the team in complex cases.

Ensure adherence to company processes, discipline, and timelines.

Sales & Enrollment Drive enrollments through inbound and outbound calling to parents and students.

Ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly team targets. Personally manage high-priority or critical leads when required.

Ensure effective follow-up and conversion of assigned leads.

Operations & Process Management Monitor call quality, lead conversion ratios, and CRM data accuracy.





Ensure proper maintenance of lead databases, MIS, and reports.

Analyze performance trends and implement corrective action plans.

Align weekly deliverables and sales expectations with management. Collaboration & Reporting

Coordinate with Marketing, Operations, and Academic teams to improve conversion and customer experience.

Prepare and present regular performance and productivity reports. Support hiring, onboarding, and training of current team members.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
