About the RoleWe are looking for a smart, confident, energetic, and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customers interested in purchasing pre-owned cars, generating sales through leads and follow-ups, conducting customer calls, explaining vehicle details, arranging visits, and converting enquiries into successful sales.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and convincing skills, a positive attitude, and a solid willingness to learn about automobiles and the used-car business.

- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle B2C retail customers from enquiry to final purchase.
- Attend and respond to customer enquiries received through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, and online portals.
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up regularly.
- Understand customer requirements such as budget, preferred model, fuel type, transmission, usage, and financing requirements.
- Explain vehicle specifications, features, condition, pricing, documentation, warranty, and other relevant details to customers.
- Convince and negotiate with customers professionally and convert enquiries into sales.
- Schedule and manage customer visits to the dealership.
- Give customers a proper explanation and presentation of vehicles.
- Build good relationships with customers and provide a positive buying experience.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested and pending customers.
- Maintain customer and lead records properly.
- Update daily sales activities, enquiries, follow-ups, and customer details in Excel/Google Sheets or CRM.
- Coordinate with the team regarding vehicle availability, documentation, finance, insurance, delivery, and other requirements.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
- Stay updated about different car models, variants, features,



market prices, and competitors.
- Be willing to learn new sales techniques, automobile knowledge, digital tools, and business processes.

Required SkillsMust Have:

- Excellent customer convincing and sales skills.
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good Marathi and English communication skills.
- Confidence in speaking with customers over the phone and face-to-face.
- Good follow-up and customer relationship management skills.
- Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle multiple customer enquiries at the same time.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work towards and achieve sales targets.
- Professional, presentable, polite, and customer-friendly personality.

Preferred QualitiesPreference will be given to candidates who:

- Have experience in automobile sales, used-car sales, showroom sales, retail sales, B2C sales, or tele-sales.
- Have experience in customer calling and lead conversion.
- Understand basic automobile terminology.
- Have experience working with online leads and sales portals.
- Can confidently negotiate with customers.
- Are self-motivated and result-oriented.

Freshers with excellent communication, confidence, convincing ability, and a strong willingness to learn may also apply.
