About the RoleEstate Den is looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team in Thane & Dombivli. The candidate will be responsible for handling property enquiries, communicating with prospective customers, presenting suitable properties, and converting leads into successful site visits and sales.

- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming leads and enquiries from prospective property buyers.
- Contact customers through calls and WhatsApp to understand their requirements.
- Explain property details, pricing, amenities, payment plans, and offers.
- Recommend suitable properties based on the customer's budget and requirements.
- Arrange and coordinate property site visits.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Build strong relationships with clients and assist them throughout the sales process.
- Achieve monthly sales and lead-conversion targets.
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and conversions.
- Coordinate with builders and internal team members to ensure smooth customer handling.




- RequirementsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of Hindi and English; Marathi will be an advantage.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Sales-oriented attitude with a willingness to achieve targets.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with experience in real estate, sales, telecalling, or customer handling will be preferred.
- Should be willing to travel for property site visits when required.
