- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle leads, client calls, meetings and property site visits.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Present residential & commercial projects and explain pricing, benefits and investment potential.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into site visits and bookings.
- Negotiate and assist in deal closures.
- Maintain client relationships and ensure excellent customer experience.
- Update CRM and maintain daily sales activity reports.
- Coordinate with developers and internal teams for smooth closures.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Candidate Profile6 Months+ experience in Real Estate Consultancy is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of Wakad, Baner, Balewadi, Tathawade, Hinjewadi, Punawale, Ravet and nearby markets preferred.
- Experience in site visits,



follow-ups and deal closures.
- Excellent communication, convincing and negotiation skills.
- Aggressive, target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Own vehicle is mandatory.
- Marathi, Hindi & English communication skills preferred.
- Candidates residing near Wakad will be preferred.
