Responsibilities and Duties: -
· Installation, commissioning, maintenance, and servicing of Industrial Process Chillers and HVAC systems.
· Attend preventive maintenance and breakdown service calls at customer sites.
· Diagnose and troubleshoot refrigeration, electrical, and mechanical issues.
· Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints.
· Coordinate with the Service Head regarding service activities.
· Maintain service reports and documentation.
