Job Description: Education Counsellor / Telecaller

Job Responsibilities;

- Handle incoming and outgoing calls with students and parents.
- Counsel students regarding course, admissions, eligibility, fees, and career opportunities.
- Generate leads and follow up with prospective students.
- Explain course details and admission procedures clearly.
- Maintain regular follow-ups through calls and WhatsApp.
- Convert prospective enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Achieve assigned counselling and admission targets.
- Build a positive relationship with students and parents.
- RequirementsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Hindi and basic English.
- Confident and polite telephone manner.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to convince and motivate students.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Previous experience in education counselling, tele-calling, sales, or admissions.
