Role Description The Customer Support Executive role at Sparify is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. In this role, you will respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media, ensuring prompt and explicit communication. You will assist customers with order placement, shipping updates, returns, exchanges, and product-related queries, including basic guidance on motorcycle accessories and performance upgrades. Day-to-day responsibilities include troubleshooting issues, coordinating with internal teams to resolve escalations, maintaining accurate records in support systems, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction.



You will also contribute to improving support processes by sharing customer feedback and identifying recurring issues. Who we are looking for Must have Fluent spoken English and Hindi — you will speak to customers across India Clear, correct written English. You should be able to write a polite, complete reply without someone editing it afterwards Comfortable typing on a computer at a reasonable speed. A large part of this job is typing Ownership — if a customer's problem is stuck somewhere, you chase it until it moves Able to work on-site in Sudhama Nagar, near Lalbagh, Bengaluru, six days a week Good to have Experience in a D2C brand, e-commerce company or online retail business Kannada, or any additional Indian language Familiarity with Shopify or any CRM tools This role is probably not for you if You are looking for a work-from-home or hybrid role You want to only take calls, or only do chat — we need both You find a busy queue stressful rather than satisfying
