Business Development Manager – Façade Industry

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive sales and business growth in the façade and architectural solutions industry.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of sales/business development experience , strong client-facing skills, and experience in building relationships with Architects, Façade Consultants, Developers, and other key stakeholders .

Candidates with experience in Façades, Aluminium Doors & Windows, Glass Façades, Glazing, Metal Façades, or related architectural products will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, client meetings, referrals, and market research.
- Schedule and conduct outbound and inbound meetings with potential clients, Architects, Façade Consultants, Developers, and other decision-makers.
- Present and pitch the company‘s products and services effectively.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.
- Identify new projects and business opportunities within the architecture, construction, and façade ecosystem.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and existing clients to drive conversions.
- Prepare and deliver qualified sales presentations, quotations, proposals, and business documents .
- Track leads, meetings, follow-ups, opportunities, and conversions through CRM.
- Use Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for reporting, presentations, and documentation.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.




- Achieve assigned sales targets and conversion objectives.
- Ensure all sales activities and client interactions comply with company policies and processes.
- Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular updates to management.

Required Skills

- Strong Business Development and B2B Sales experience.
- Proven ability to generate leads and convert prospects into business.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Experience conducting client meetings and sales presentations.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint .
- Experience using CRM systems for lead and sales tracking.
- Strong networking and stakeholder-management abilities.
- Excellent follow-up and conversion skills.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
