Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Sales Executive to drive new business and revenue growth. The role focuses exclusively on identifying, prospecting, and acquiring new direct clients. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting client meetings, presenting solutions, negotiating commercials, closing deals, and ensuring timely collections for the business. This is a pure hunting role with a strong focus on achieving sales targets and expanding the company's client base.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate revenue by selling the company's advertising inventory to direct clients.

Identify prospective clients and schedule meetings and presentations.

Understand client requirements and propose suitable media solutions.

Prepare proposals, negotiate commercials, and close deals.





Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Ensure timely receipt of purchase orders and required documentation.

Follow up on outstanding payments and collections.

Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide regular sales reports.

Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth campaign execution.

Reporting:

Maintain records of client meetings, proposals, and sales closures.

Submit regular sales activity and revenue reports.

Update sales forecasts and pipeline status.
