We are seeking an experienced Oracle FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service) qualified to join a growing EPM practice as an Assistant Manager. The role requires delivering functional and technical solutions on moderate-to-complex FCCS engagements, with strong exposure to end-to-end Financial Consolidation project life cycles.
Responsibilities:
- Work independently and within collaborative teams to implement Oracle EPM products and technology
- Perform varied and complex tasks requiring independent judgment
- Deliver high-quality, well-developed solutions within project timelines
- Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills across client engagements
Qualifications:
- Graduate qualification: B.E./B.Tech/MBA/MCA
- 7–10 years of experience in Oracle EPM tools
- 3+ complete project life-cycle implementations in Financial Consolidation projects
- Technical/functional knowledge of Journal Entries, Chart of Accounts (COA), and Record-to-Report processes
- Ability to write FCCS Business Rules; develop data forms and financial reports per client requirements
- Strong understanding of the FCCS consolidation process, Intercompany Transactions, and Currency Translations
- Experience with FCCS Application Build, Metadata Load, and Data Load
- Experience with EPM Automate/OIC integrations
- Experience optimizing FCCS application performance
- Working knowledge of Agile/Waterfall deployment methodologies
- Understanding of IFRS/GAAP compliance and internal controls
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Good to have: HFR and DM/FDMEE experience, working knowledge of Hyperion Planning and Essbase, SQL scripting, Narrative Reporting
