Job Description Job Role - Senior Techno Functional Consultant
n Key Responsibilities :
n n Lead client workshops, document processes, and conduct fit-gap analyses for D365 modules.
n Configure entities, forms, views, business rules, dashboards, and security models
n Write functional/technical specs for custom C# plug-ins, JavaScript web resources, and custom workflows
n Build low-code/no-code solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
n Collaborate with developers to connect D365 with third-party systems (ERP, SAP, or marketing tools) via REST/SOAP APIs and Azure services.
n Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), manage data migrations, and handle deployment cycles via Azure DevOps.
n Deliver user training, write system manuals, and provide post-go-live stabilization




n n Required Skills & Qualifications :
n n Deep knowledge of D365 Customer Engagement domains: Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, or Field Service.
n Technical Stack: Proficiency in C#.NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, and SQL.
n Platform Tools: Hands-on experience with Dataverse, Power Automate, Power Apps Portals/Power Pages, and plug-in registration.
n Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery models and Azure DevOps.
n Soft Skills: Excellent client-facing communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional leadership.
