Job Description Role Summary
n The Fund Manager will support the Company's treasury, fundraising, investment, and capital market activities. The role requires a blend of financial analysis, market intelligence, stakeholder management, and execution capabilities to optimize funding, liquidity, and investment strategies.
n Key Responsibilities -
n Treasury & Liquidity
n n Monitor liquidity, cash flows, and borrowing costs
n Support Asset Liability Management (ALM) and treasury planning
n Identify opportunities for cost optimisation and productive deployment of surplus funds
n n Fund Raising & Capital Markets
n n Support fundraising through banks, financial institutions, debt markets, securitisation, NCDs, and other funding channels
n Prepare funding proposals, lender presentations, and transaction-related documentation
n Manage relationships with lenders, investors, rating agencies, and market intermediaries
n n Investment Management
n n Evaluate investment opportunities for surplus funds
n Track fixed-income markets, debt instruments,



and investment performance
n Recommend investment strategies balancing liquidity, safety, and returns
n n Financial Analysis & Strategic Support
n n Develop financial models, investment analyses, and management dashboards
n Monitor market trends, interest rates, and regulatory developments
n Support strategic financial initiatives and business opportunities
n n Stakeholder Management
n n Coordinate with Finance, Business, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and external stakeholders
n Support due diligence, rating reviews, audits, and regulatory interactions
n n Candidate Profile
n n MBA (Finance), CA, CFA, FRM, or equivalent qualification
n 10 years of experience in NBFCs, Banks, Financial Institutions, Treasury, Capital Markets, Corporate Finance, Credit Analysis, or Investment Research
n Strong understanding of fundraising, treasury operations, debt markets, and investment management
