Job Description:

Position: Production Supervisor

Location: Silvassa

Experience: 0 - 2 Years

Industries: Chemical

Responsibilities:

- Provide the Production plan for the month to ensure availability of raw materials and packing materials

- Plan and organize production schedules based on sales forecasts.
- Assess material and manpower and production timescale for meeting the requirements.
- Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed to meet urgent customer requirements, labor and material shortages, backlogs or any other interruptions
- Maintain records of production data, including volume produced,consumption of raw materials and quality control measures.
- Record deviations if any and corrective action taken.
- Prepare and Update FG, SFG IMS and MWPP daily with high accuracy
- Co-ordinate with Supply chain and Stores Team to prepare RM




- Shortage report along with MRP of RM report on weekly basis or as and when requested from the management.
- Maintain records of Manpower Planning Form
- Record daily activities of sales return/Hold FG Depletion review and prepare a weekly report of the same.
- Identify stock variation and maintain monthly record of the variance of physical stock Vs. System SAP stock

Required Qualification: Diploma/B.Sc - Chemistry/Chemical
