Job Description:

We’re looking for a Manager - Accounts & Finance – CA/ACCA to join our team in Ahmedabad and become part of a dynamic environment supporting UK residential real estate & PBSA portfolios.

What will you work on?

Prepare monthly management accounts for UK real estate portfolios
Handle rent reconciliations, arrears tracking & income analysis
Prepare budget vs. actual variance analysis and support forecasting
Work on bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
Post journals including accruals, prepayments & depreciation
Monitor key financial KPIs and provide performance insights
Support asset & commercial teams with financial analysis
Ensure strong financial controls and UK accounting compliance
Support audits and statutory reporting requirements
Work closely with operations teams in a fast-paced UK real estate environment

What are we looking for?





✅ CA / ACCA qualified professionals
✅ Strong knowledge of management accounting & financial reporting
✅ Experience in UK accounting / real estate accounting / property management will be highly preferred
✅ Hands-on experience with reconciliations, journals, variance analysis & financial controls
✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
✅ Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
✅ Good communication and stakeholder-management skills

Shift: 1:00 PM – 10:30 PM
Working Days: Monday – Friday
