Job Title: Team Lead - Partner Onboarding

Location: Delhi (Hybrid)

Role Overview

This role focuses on managing the end-to-end onboarding of merchants and payment/banking partners, ensuring that current partners are onboarded smoothly, efficiently, and in line with risk, compliance, and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Merchant onboarding across multiple payment and banking partners

- Virtual Account (VA) creation and management

- Understanding of pay-in, payout, and card checkout flows

- Knowledge of global fiat and stablecoin fund flows

- Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Partnerships, Compliance, Risk, Product, and Operations teams

- Jira workflow management, project tracking, and onboarding governance

- Partner onboarding lifecycle management and process optimization

What We’re Looking For

- 4+ years of relevant experience

- Fintech, Payments, Banking, PSP, Acquiring, or Cross-Border Payments background preferred

- Strong understanding of risk and compliance considerations in payment flows

- Excellent stakeholder management and operational execution skills

- Delhi-based candidates preferred

- Immediate joiners are preferred
