Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in IT monitoring, observability, and performance management, with a strong focus on Dynatrace.
Expert-level knowledge of Dynatrace architecture, administration, OneAgent deployment, DQL (Dynatrace Query Language), log monitoring, and business analytics.
Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing Dynatrace solutions in complex enterprise and multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes/OpenShift).
Strong understanding of advanced monitoring concepts: APM, Distributed Tracing, Synthetic Monitoring, Real User Monitoring (RUM), and AIOps.
Capacity to gather and analyse client requirements (business and technical) and translating them into Dynatrace dashboard specifications.
Experience with other monitoring tools and technologies (Splunk).
Solid understanding of IT infrastructure components (servers, networks, storage, virtualization, cloud platforms).




Experience with Automation/Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for automated Dynatrace configuration.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills, with a methodical approach to incident investigation and resolution.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and management.
Proven ability to lead technical projects and manage multiple priorities in a quick-paced environment.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Dynatrace Certified Professional, Dynatrace Certified Expert, ITIL Foundation) are highly desirable.
Proficiency in OpenTelemetry standards and practical experience integrating OpenTelemetry telemetry data into Dynatrace.
