We are looking for a confident and result-driven *In-House Sales Executive* to manage both *B2B and B2C sales*. The role will involve calling potential clients, understanding customer requirements, following up with prospects, and converting leads into sales.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle *B2B and B2C sales* inquiries and leads.
• Make outbound calls to potential clients and customers.
• Generate new leads through calling, referrals, databases, and other available channels.
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable products/services.
• Follow up regularly with interested prospects to close sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute ideas for sales growth.
Requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with *calling and client follow-ups*.
• Solid sales, negotiation, and convincing skills.
• Ability to handle both individual customers and business clients.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Basic knowledge of Excel, CRM, or lead management tools is preferred.
• Previous experience in B2B/B2C sales will be an advantage.

• Based in or willing to work from *Indore*.
• Confident in Hindi and English communication.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
