We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Website Designer with a strong eye for aesthetics, visual storytelling, and user experience. The ideal candidate will have experience designing premium, brand-led websites that go beyond functionality to create distinctive digital experiences.

You will work on visually compelling websites for brands across diverse industries, translating brand strategy and identity into engaging digital experiences. Strong proficiency in Figma, an understanding of modern UI principles, and a passion for exploring AI-powered design workflows are essential for this role.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

- Design premium, visually engaging, and brand-led websites using Figma.
- Translate brand strategy, visual identity, and storytelling into compelling digital experiences.
- Develop website concepts, layouts, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and responsive design systems.
- Create intuitive user experiences while maintaining strong visual and creative direction.
- Apply strong principles of typography, composition, visual hierarchy, colour, spacing, and interaction design.
- Design websites that communicate a brand's personality, positioning, and narrative effectively.
- Collaborate with brand strategists, creative teams, developers, and other stakeholders throughout the design process.
- Develop responsive website designs across desktop, tablet, and mobile experiences.
- Create and maintain reusable components and design systems within Figma.
- Review designs with development teams and ensure accurate implementation of approved concepts.




- Incorporate feedback while maintaining the overall creative vision and quality of the experience.
- Research contemporary web design, digital experiences, interaction patterns, and emerging visual trends.
- Explore and integrate AI-powered design tools to enhance ideation, experimentation, and workflow efficiency.
- Continuously improve design processes and contribute fresh creative ideas to projects.

What Makes You a Great Fit
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in website or digital product design.
- Solid proficiency in Figma and modern digital design workflows.
- Proven experience designing premium, aesthetically driven, brand-led websites.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating visually distinctive websites and digital brand experiences.
- Experience creating storytelling-driven websites rather than purely functional or template-based designs.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, interaction design, UX, and modern UI principles.
- Excellent visual and aesthetic judgment with a strong eye for detail and craftsmanship.
- Experience working on websites for industries such as lifestyle, luxury, hospitality, architecture, fashion, design, or other premium brands is an advantage.
- Understanding of responsive design and modern web-development constraints.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with creative, strategy, content, and development teams.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present and explain design decisions.
- Curious and proactive approach to learning new design techniques and technologies.
- Genuine interest in experimenting with AI design tools and incorporating them into creative workflows.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, respond to feedback, and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
